Last month, I was hired only a couple weeks before the wedding to capture the nuptials of Mr. and Mrs. Young. The venue was very nice and the couple were a pleasure to work with. Lighting on the inside as with most receptions/ceremonies was a little harsh. However, I believe we were able to capture some great shoots despite the lighting challenges. I learned a lot from this shoot and as always, I am humbled to be chosen to capture yet another one of life’s most precious moments…Enjoy!

Earlier this month, I had the pleasure of traveling to St. Petersburg/St. Pete Florida to photograph my first yacht wedding. The weather was more than cooperative and made for a great shoot. Most photos were taking as we were cruising along the scenic waterways and here are a few of my favorite shots of the Bride and Groom. Enjoy…

This year has been busy in terms of weddings for JamesBoy Photography. However, when you get to photograph two genuine people and there’s great chemistry, the shoot tends to go a lot smoother. This wedding was shot in late August and I enjoyed this lovely couple as they were very photogenic and energetic. May the magic captured on your day be with you both for a lifetime…enjoy!

In early September, I was able to photograph a wedding in Alexandria, VA. The couple were friends from my college/intern days and thankfully they allowed me to capture the exchanging of their vows. Here are a few of my favorite shots from their wedding day…enjoy!
